What exists on the ground now
The current, real employment engine is construction and the early anchors: the fab under construction, the operational 300 MW solar plant, and the trunk infrastructure work in the Activation Area. Direct manufacturing employment at scale depends on the fab beginning production, with trial production targeted for December 2026, which is itself a target. So the large job numbers describe a future city, while today's jobs are mostly building it.
