In Dholera, the single-window clearance facility is housed in the ABCD building in the Knowledge and IT Zone, alongside the authority offices and the Integrated Command and Control Centre. Locating approvals, administration and the smart-city control room in one place is part of how the region positions itself as investor-ready.
For a buyer, single-window clearance is mainly relevant if you plan to build or set up an enterprise, since it streamlines the approvals side rather than the land-purchase side.
