How we source
Methodology
Every factual claim on SIR Dholera is graded by confidence:
Confirmed
Official or primary source, or several reputable sources agreeing.
Reported
Reputable press or portal, not primary-confirmed. Attributed.
Target
A plan or projection, not an achievement. Never stated as done.
Rules we hold ourselves to
- No invented numbers. If a rupee-per-square-yard price is only on broker sites, we say it is indicative and unverified, never official.
- Targets are labelled as targets. The airport opening, the first chip and full population are goals, not facts, until a primary source confirms delivery.
- We are neutral on every named developer and never guarantee appreciation.
- We date everything and re-check. Infrastructure status changes; a claim that was true last quarter may not be now.
Known open questions
We flag what is not reliably sourced rather than smoothing it over: the exact airport opening date, the semi-high-speed-rail top speed, reconciled solar commissioned totals, the women-buyer stamp-duty concession, the 22 village names, TP3 and TP4 areas, and the current status of the historical farmer land litigation. See any page where these appear for the specific flag.
